Ronnie F. Lee is the founder and executive officer of several corporations across the fields of veterinary medicine, real estate development, and entertainment.

After serving in the U.S. Army, Lee's career in the music industry thrived during his 10 years in Europe, where he was deeply involved in all aspects of entertainment, including production, publishing, manufacturing, distribution, and sales. His prolific songwriting and energetic performances propelled him into television as the host of his own show, "Chaos Time" on Video Music, and as a writer, director, and producer of the first-of-its-kind music video magazine.

Upon returning to the U.S., Lee founded European Music Market, Inc., which is now home to Studio DMI and renowned mixer Luca Pretolesi. In 2002, he established Artistic Business Services, Inc., to offer consultation services not only to those in the music industry but also to entrepreneurs across various sectors. His firm provides a wide range of services, including business development strategies, corporate structuring, brand management, cost analysis, risk management, and more.

A dynamic and innovative business leader, Lee is known for his out-of-the-box thinking and deep understanding of corporate structure, strategic business organization, and the business of art. With 29 years of experience managing and promoting artists, professionals, and business ventures, Lee has become a key ally and force in driving success for businesses and entrepreneurs alike.

Keith Rogers is an accomplished leader in business, technology, and education, with over a decade of experience collaborating with top industry professionals. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University and an MBA from UNLV. A proud alumnus of UNLV's Student Support Services program, Dr. Rogers currently serves as the Vice President for Student Affairs, overseeing a broad range of student-focused programs and services. These initiatives aim to improve the college experience outside the classroom, helping students thrive and preparing them for future success.

Known for his expertise in process optimization, project management, and strategic resource alignment, Rogers has successfully worked with for-profit and non-profit organizations to streamline operations and drive impactful results. His work is grounded in Six Sigma methodology and industry-based analysis, making him a sought-after thought leader in innovation and organizational efficiency.

Rogers’ eight years of military service instilled a strong commitment to giving back, which he continues today. In his personal time, Dr. Rogers enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children.

Rogers holds a doctorate in business administration from Grand Canyon University, and an MBA and BS from UNLV.

Niels Hartvig-Nielsen began his career in 1976 as a regional manager overseeing multiple community centers and working as a DJ. Since then, his diverse journey has included roles as a studio owner, publisher, writer, musician, marketer, event organizer, and school management executive. He has also served as an education executive, investor, and entrepreneur, leveraging his wide-ranging expertise across industries.
